Perfect way to end my night.
Some things Sage does now:
Smacks his lips
clicks his tongue
crawl backwards off the bed and down stairs
walks everywhere
Squats
Shoves his finger in his nose (yuck! I discourage that behavior)
puts small objects in larger ones (balls in bowls, blocks in bags)
carries around his bag of goodies
Goes bonkers for button pushing, a rather annoying habit
shares
swipes at people when he’s angry or frusterated (also not tolerated)
pulls his bib off when he is done eating
Can almost put a ring on a post by himself
Opens and closes doors and cupboards
Will hand me things he is not supposed to have, like tge remote or paper.
Will open his mouth to let me fish out a gnawed up bit of paper after I have taken the paper from him.
Will take off running and giggling if he really doesnt want me to take what he has.

Gah. My knitting has gone down the toilet since having Sage. It took me way too many trials getting started on a lacework cowl, and right after I pass my own point-of-no-return I suddenly end up with extra stitches or do the same row twice.
Someone come rescue my yarn from my destructuve fingertips.
No one has showed up to playgroup for the past 3 times. I’m not going to waste my gas money driving down there.
Boo. I loved that group.

I have been so sluggish lately. I dont know if it is the weather, or Sage being up all night due to teething. But just ug.
I picked up some vitamin D drops hoping to boost some energy, and have been stealing naps with Sage when possible.
I’m a little more awake today because this morning Sage faceplanted onto my hip bone. Poir little one has a large bump and bruise on his forehead, and my hip feels a little outta wack.

Does anyone know of an all natural hair dye that covers gray hair?
I have a gray patch on the back of my head and it’s super noticable when I wear my hair up. I’ve had it for a while, probably caused by head trauma.
I have tried henna dye and the gray is still gray as ever. Also, I have to get two boxes because my hair is so long and thick thanks to prenatals.

Sage has been shoving his fingers down his throat to make himself gag while I feed him food.
Or he will open his mouth and stick out his tongue, letting all the food fall out.
Or he will shove his hand in his mouth and take the food out.
I guess he ONLY wants to eat oatmeal forever.

Today we are going to playgroup. Hopefully people will actually show up this time. Last week I was the only one there.
After group, Sage will probably nap in the car, so I am bringing my nook so I can read.
When he wakes up we are going to Whole Foods to pick up some vitamins and supplements that are running low. Fenugreek, echinecea, vitamin d, bubble bath.
The rest of the day we are relaxing. We have had a super busy week, and I just want to play with Sage and put away laundry.
